Kings Cross Community Centre Inc. is a member organisation incorporated under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act 2009. 

The Centre is listed with Fair Trading, the NSW consumer protection regulator, and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC), the national charities regulator. 

The KXCC Constitution is the organisations foundational legal rulebook, setting out the core purpose, internal structure, and operating guidelines as required by law and principles of good governance.
