My Aged Care

One of our key grants from the Federal government is aimed at alleviating the social isolation of older people in our community.

We are creating the best strategies and processes to make this a reality. We match volunteers with clients to assist with shopping, attending appointments, bill paying, coffee meet-ups and even watering house plants.
