My Aged Care

One of our key grants from the government is aimed at alleviating the social isolation of older people in our community.

We are creating the best strategies and processes to make this a reality. We match volunteers with clients to assist with shopping, attending appointments, bill paying, coffee meet-ups and even watering house plants.

If you have an interest in being part of this program please have a chat with Maree - our Project Officer - next time you're visiting or working at the Community Centre.
