Planning for Life | A Series of Talks

  • Kings Cross Community Centre 58 Macleay Street Elizabeth Bay, New South Wales, 2011 Australia (map)

Have you planned ahead?

In November we have the first in our series of talks on the all important life topics of: wills, power of attorney, guardianship and advance care directives.

Presented by KXCC with Solicitor Ben Orman from Seniors Rights Service.

For its Planning for Life talks, KXCC X Seniors Rights Service will be offering community information sessions on the rights and needs of older people.

The talks raise awareness of elder abuse—particularly financial and psychological abuse by family members—help reduce stigma and shame, and encourage people to seek support.

Solicitors, aged care advocates, educators and other specialists deliver talks for community groups, agencies, not-for-profit organisations, social groups, and business and professional organisations.
