Announcement: Jazz Up the Cross

Get ready to Jazz Up the Cross!

We are excited to announce a new outdoor community event coming to Fitzroy Gardens in late October.

Our new event will be a fun, relaxed day bringing local residents, businesses and the wider Kings Cross community together. An opportunity to celebrate our community, promote the work of Kings Cross Community Centre and encourage more local residents to become members.

You can have a seat in Fitzroy Gardens, whilst enjoying listening to live jazz, blues and a touch of disco in and around the gardens. Drop by our KXCC Info Stall to find out more about what we do, our community programs and how you can become a member.

For the artistic at heart, our craft stall manned by a few of our creative volunteers will invite children to craft iconic hats - think a homage to bin chickens - and funky masks. Face-painting artists will keep our younger visitors entertained and looking festive.
